Privacy Policy
Effective October 12, 2026
This policy explains what Omnishelf Inc. ("Omnishelf", "we") collects through omnishelf.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, who receives it, and the choices you have.
It covers the Site only. Information inside the Omnishelf platform that sellers log in to is covered by the separate agreement each seller has with us.
What we collect
- Application form. Your work email address, company name, website address and where you sell today (optional). We also record the page you applied from, including any campaign tags, and the time.
- Messages. If you email us, we receive your name, your email address and what you write.
- Device and usage information. Your IP address, the approximate location it indicates, your browser and device type, the pages you view and the page that referred you.
- Cookie identifiers. The Google, Meta and LinkedIn tools described below collect cookie identifiers and events such as page views and form submissions.
Analytics and advertising tools
The Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies. It also uses analytics and advertising tools from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), Meta (Meta Pixel) and LinkedIn (LinkedIn Insight Tag). These tools use cookies and similar technologies to show us how visitors use the Site, to measure our ads, and to show our ads to people who visited the Site.
Through these tools, Google, Meta and LinkedIn receive cookie identifiers, your IP address and information about your visit. They may combine it with your activity on other websites over time, and they use it under their own privacy policies: Google, Meta and LinkedIn. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services.
To opt out of ad targeting, use Google's ad settings or the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
How we use it
- To review your application and reply to you.
- To send you marketing emails, if you asked for them.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
- To measure our advertising and show our ads to people who visited the Site.

We use AI tools to help us review applications and write replies.
If you apply through the Site, we send you marketing emails only if you asked for them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Who receives it

We may also share it with companies in the Omnishelf group, with our professional advisers, with authorities when the law requires it, and with a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized. We do not sell personal information for money.
Omnishelf is based in the United States, and information is processed there and in other countries where our service providers operate.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. If you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we keep your address on a do-not-email list.
